- Directed a 10-person cross-functional team on operational logistics and technical sourcing for the Kinoped launch at the World Congress of Biomechanics 2026, on an accelerated timeline.
- Built international research and technical-consulting partnerships, including University of Calgary's Human Performance Lab, for scientific validation and clinical credibility.
- Modeled long-term business plan simulations across capital deployment strategies, quantifying 5–10 year exit scenarios and ownership preservation across fundraising rounds.
- Led the analytics team on a 500+ page Market and Product Analyses deliverable that guided fundraising and business strategy.
- Orchestrated the kinoped.com brand pivot and digital launch, including product positioning copy, and led a creative team of developers, photographers, and editors.
The foundation funds research into HHV-6, a virus implicated in encephalitis after stem cell transplantation. I was the statistical consultant across a dozen projects, two of which I co-authored.
